Can I add collection charges to my past due balance?

In some cases, the debtor must have previously agreed to pay "collection agency and/or attorney fees" by signing a document such as a credit application or another agreement with similar verbiage.

What happens if you are unsuccessful?

If you elect not to go further or if litigation is not an option, AFS International will simply close the file and send you a letter stating the reason at no charge.
